University Grants Commission conducts National Eligibility Test for the Award of Junior Research Fellowships and for Lectureship in Indian universities. UGC conducts NET examination two times in a year i.e., in the month of June and december of a particular year.
Recently the UGC NET exam was conducted on 28th June 2009. We all are waiting for those results. Results for june 2009 when declared will be available on their oficial website. So, be in touch with ugc.ac.in
i have done my m.phill in 1993 and was exempted from net by the orders of honourable supreme court.i am working as ad-hoc lecturer in govt college without any single day break from the last 12 years.during this period our state govt didnot made any regular appointments.please tell me whether i am now eligible or ineligible for lecturership as acc to new notification net has been made compulsaroy even for m.phill candidates.
